Misalignment inspection is an important inspection in connector production. In this inspection which veri es whether the positions of the leads and pins are correctly aligned, you simply need to set the datum point, distance of lead from datum point, and ideal pitch to start an inspection.
By using the data sharing function, inspection of multiple contacts is easy. If the connector shape of the inspection target is the same, and only the number of leads is different, by acquiring shared data and simply changing the number of leads and some other inspection frames, inspection is possible. In addition, since shared data is managed collectively, changes in parameters and trained models are applied system-wide.
Even if calibration is performed accurately, and an optical system that is affected minimally by distortion and the like is prepared, the values detected in image processing will not exactly match actual dimension values.
Numerical Correction is a function that corrects values detected in image processing so that they match actual dimension values. However, this function cannot be delivered unless the repeatable accuracy of image processing detection is high. This function is included in the VTV-9000 series because we are absolutely confident of VTV-9000's track record in delivering repeatable accuracy.
Total pitch inspection, and coplanarity inspection using a common datum line is possible.
