With the conceptual equipment MUSOU, high-speed six-sided visual inspections are possible^*

We have developed a six-sided visual inspection system that utilizes our Super Focusing Camera technology,
which, like human eyes, keeps all sides in focus even when looking from an angle.
This has made it possible to conduct high-precision inspections at high speed.

MUSOU system

This system captures eight images from an angle at 45-degree increments and uses Super Focusing Cameras to rotate a three-dimensional workpiece while performing an inspection of all sides at high speed.

Super Focusing Cameras

These cameras capture images from an angle to obtain images of multiple sides at once.
Rotating the object of inspection makes it possible to conduct inspections of all sides without blind spots.
